Then we employ vacuum hardening, triple tempering, lapping and polishing techniques to produce the finest metal slitter knives. Our production standards allow us to produce a knife with a flatness, parallelism, surface finish and tolerance that is unmatched by our competition. Then we inspect 100% of our tooling to ensure it’s correct before it goes on your slitter.
